Manchester City may face the departure of two key players, Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva, during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The Athletic reports that the club is making transfer plans with the possibility of either or both players leaving the Etihad Stadium.

De Bruyne, who has been with City since 2015 and is the longest-serving player in the squad, has made 377 appearances for the club, scoring 102 goals and providing 168 assists.

Although he has missed much of this season due to injury, his influence on the team’s performance remains significant, with four goals and eight assists in just 14 Premier League games.

Silva, who joined City in 2017, has been an integral part of the team, making 350 appearances, scoring 66 goals, and contributing 62 assists.

His intelligence and skill on the field, as well as his crucial goal in City’s FA Cup semi-final victory over Chelsea, make him a valuable asset.

The potential departure of either Silva or De Bruyne would be a significant blow to Manchester City’s squad. While the club is considering its options for summer transfers, the loss of these experienced and talented players could impact the team’s success in the upcoming season.
